IndexedAnnuity.com reads and replies to mail about the website itself. It does not quote contracts, pick an insurer, or tell you whether to buy.

What a useful note includes

If a page is unclear or you think a sentence overstates a regulator’s point, name the page and the sentence. Corrections that point at an official source are the notes most likely to change the text. The site would rather drop a claim than defend a number it cannot source.

What this address will not do

It will not take an application, move money, or start a 1035 exchange. It will not review a personal tax return. For a contract you already own, use the customer-service number on the contract and, for a complaint about a licensed insurer or producer, your state insurance department. For tax rules, start with IRS Topic 410, Publication 575, and the Form 5329 instructions, then a tax advisor.

The educational guides are linked from the home page. The privacy page describes what happens if you email.

Not advice. IndexedAnnuity.com is not an insurance company, agency, broker-dealer, or tax advisor. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, hold, or replace a contract. Guarantees exist only in a specific contract and depend on the insurer’s ability to pay. Products and state laws differ. Read the contract.
